Bollywood actress Riya Chakraborty’s troubles have increased in the Sushant Singh murder case. The charge of supplying drugs has been framed against Riya Chakraborty. Riya and her brother Shauvik are named in the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) chargesheet.
What did NCB claim?
NCB has claimed that Riya Chakraborty, alleged girlfriend of Sushant Singh Rajput, had bought ganja several times from other accused including her brother Sauvik and gave it to actor Sushant Singh. Let us inform that NCB had recently filed draft charges in the NDPS court against 35 accused in the Sushant death case, whose hearing was held on Tuesday.

It has been added in the chargesheet that Riya’s brother Shouvik was in contact with the drug peddler. He used to give orders, which were sent to Sushant Singh Rajput’s house. According to the allegations, all the accused entered into a criminal conspiracy between March 2020 and December with each other or in groups for the purchase, sale and distribution of drugs in High Society and Bollywood.
It was also stated that the accused financed drug trafficking within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and consumed ganja, charas, cocaine and other narcotics.
