For the position of Graduate Engineer Trainee, the Odisha Power Generation Corporation Ltd. (OPGC), a government-owned company, is accepting applications (GET). An advertisement for the hiring of fresh graduate engineers has also been released by OPGC.
By using their GATE 2023 score, the trainees will be participating in the mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation engineering disciplines. According to the official advertisement, reservation laws as announced by the government of Odisha would apply, and familiarity with the Odia language will be a bonus.

OPGC Recruitment 2023: Salary/Pay scale
During the training session, selected candidates would earn Rs 70,000 as a stipend. Following confirmation in the E-1 Grade (Assistant Manager), the fixed pay will be around Rs 10 lakh per year. Variable salary, additional benefits, and other incentives are all included in the CTC.
